Do you keep a copy of my processed files?

Absolutely not. Your files are only yours. While your files are on our servers, they are strictly secured. No one can access them. We keep them for a maximum of 30 minutes so you can download them. After that, they are automatically removed from our servers. We won’t check, copy, or analyze your files in any way.

Are company files safe with your service?

Yes. All uploads use HTTPS/SSL for security. We also use end-to-end encryption for added privacy. These steps increase security and meet most corporate data privacy policies. Your data is processed as safely as possible. We comply with the EU Data Protection Regulation, one of the strictest safety standards in the world (GDPR).

What are your system requirements?

We have very basic system requirements. To run our tools smoothly, we recommend using the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10 or higher, and Safari. If you experience issues on the download screen, try using Incognito mode in your browser.

Why did I not receive the confirmation of my email address?

You did not receive a confirmation email because our system keeps data for only a short time. After completing your conversion, the data is automatically erased from our server. Since you don’t need to sign up for the conversion, we do not send a confirmation email.

How can I upload my files?

The easiest way is to drag and drop your files onto our canvas. You can also click on the 'Select files' button to choose files from your local computer or devices.

Why does my conversion take so long?

Unfortunately, this is not entirely in our hands. Processing speed depends on many factors. The time it takes to convert your files depends on your Internet connection speed. It also depends on the size of the selected files. Mostly, it depends on how busy our servers are.

Do I need to pay for this amazing service?

Absolutely not! It's completely free of charge.
